Thanks to the defined and elaborated principles of cooperation, each implementation runs smoothly and in accordance with the adopted guidelines.
A contract is concluded with every customer.
The contract contains a list of the main stages and deadlines for their implementation.
Expected time to full implementation is 30 business days by default. In the case of extensive implementation, the time is determined individually depending on the scope of work.
The actual implementation time depends to a large extent on the contact with the client – for example, if we send a graphic design of the store for review, the client is obliged to read it and send his comments or acceptance within the period specified in the contract. Thanks to this, the implementation process will be quick and hassle-free.
Preferred form of contact – e-mail, thanks to which we keep the history of correspondence (you can easily come back to it)
After signing the contract, a deposit of 10% of the value of the entire order will be charged – this deposit will be deducted when the invoice is issued for the first phase of work.
According to the contract, billing takes place in stages – the invoice is issued after the conclusion and acceptance of a certain stage of the contract by the customer.
After completion of the implementation, we offer our customers permanent cooperation in the development and support of the shop.
