The beginning of the cooperation consists in sending the customer a file – a briefing with questions. The responses received allow us to know the customer’s expectations of the designed online store on the PrestaShop platform.
In order to start creating an online store through e-Presta.pl, you need to fill out a file – a briefing with questions that will allow you to get acquainted with the customer’s expectations
After receiving the completed briefing and any further agreements (e.g. by telephone), we prepare the final evaluation of the implementation, which we present to the client.
Sending the contract with completed work steps to the client – receipt of a signed copy is equivalent to starting work. After the conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 10% of the order value will be charged – the final bill for the service will be reduced by this amount. Billing takes place in accordance with the contract – in stages – after acceptance of a stage by the customer, invoicing takes place.
We will send you a proposal, a model of the store layout – a presentation of the layout of all elements in the store. The customer reads it, comments or confirms acceptance.
After accepting the mockup, we proceed to create the target graphic template. After its completion, we send it to the customer for training. The prepared graphic template is under the working links – it is created in the form of JPG images. At this stage, the client sends us their comments or approval of the template. The number of correction sessions depends on the contract provisions.
After accepting the graphical template, we implement it into the PrestaShop system. After completing the work, we send the customer a working link to the implemented shop together with a description in the form of a .psd file and log in to the administration area. The customer familiarizes himself with the implementation of the shop.
Depending on the agreement with the customer, all additional modules to expand the functionality of the shop are created at this stage.
After the implementation has been completed, the implementation will be transferred to the server specified by the customer.

The contract concluded with the client divides the implementation into individual stages. Billing occurs after each stage – the invoice is issued for the completed and approved stage. After all phases have been paid for, the implementation is installed on the customer’s server.
